Job Summary
As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing and troubleshooting our production processes. You’ll handle complex operational challenges, bringing solutions to our machinery and workflow for continuous improvement. With a mix of machine-related tasks and broader production flow responsibilities, you’ll contribute to a high-performing production environment.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve technical issues that could impact production efficiency and reduce machine downtime.
Streamline machinery and workflow processes, focusing on waste reduction and quality consistency.
Assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process enhancements using data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain quality standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field. Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with tools and methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
Problem-Solver: A natural inclination for hands-on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to maintain a broad perspective while focusing on targeted solutions.
