At EMPWR USA, Inc we are not sitting still. In McMinnville we currently have three production lines for nutrition bars and currently undergoing construction to add more production space!

A new line for us, that means a lot of opportunities for you! Will you join our team as operator? Together with you, we look at which step in the production process best suits your qualities and which function suits you best.

We have a condensed work schedule. The following are our shift options. We cannot guarantee that we have availability for your preferred shift.

Shift 1 – Sunday – e/o Wednesday Day Shift (5AM-5PM)

Shift 3 - e/o Wednesday – Saturday Day Shift (5AM-5PM)

OR

Monday - Thursday (with Fridays as needed) - Night Shift

Your Job:

Everyday millions of protein bars roll off our production lines. As an operator you are responsible for one of the steps in the production process.

• You start up the machines, set them up and make adjustments where necessary.

• You make the perfect mix of ingredients for our delicious products or make sure they end up in the right packaging.

• You check whether everything runs smoothly, e.g. quality of the dough, welds in the packaging, automatic stacking of the boxes.

Your profile:

• We value the skills and experiences you've gained in any field and are experienced in training you to become a skilled operator @ EMPWR.

  ·         Eagerness to Learn: No prior experience in production? No problem! You have a strong willingness to learn new skills and are excited about growing within our company.

  ·         Team Player: You thrive in a team environment, always ready to lend a hand and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

  ·         Adaptability: able to switch gears when needed and tackle new challenges with a positive attitude.

  ·         Attention to Detail: your keen eye for detail will help you excel in making sure our production quality is top-notch.

   ·        Reliability: Just as your previous roles counted on you to show up and perform, we value your dependability and commitment to your work schedule, with openness to occasional overtime.

  ·         Language: Fluent in English? Great! Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

  ·         Eligibility to Work: You are authorized to work in the US. We participate in E-Verify to assist with this process.
