At EMPWR, SAP is the backbone of our financial and operations processes. Following a successful SAP rollout across Belgium, Croatia, the Netherlands, and the USA, we are expanding further, including Canada, MES integration, and an S/4HANA migration.
As our Head of SAP, you will lead global SAP initiatives, optimize SAP architecture, and drive strategic projects, working alongside a team of 10 professionals and multiple external partners. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless SAP operations across our multi-site, multi-continent environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of global operations and propose SAP-based solutions, collaborating closely with IT, OT, MES, and Data Analytics teams.
Oversee SAP architecture and business process governance across all EMPWR sites.
Define SAP strategy and roadmap, ensuring efficient implementation of expansions and optimizations.
Manage global SAP projects, including S/4HANA migration, MES integration, and Canada rollout.
Coordinate 24/7 SAP support to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
Lead and mentor a 10-person SAP team (internal & external) while overseeing offshore development teams.
Manage partnerships with external SAP consultants and service providers.
What we are looking for:
Extensive experience in SAP architecture & management (ECC), particularly within supply chain & operations.
Expertise in one or more SAP modules: PP, QM, WM, SD.
Experience in S/4HANA migration is a plus.
Knowledge of supply chain, operations, or food industry is an advantage.
Proven experience in project management and collaboration with external partners.
Background in international, multi-plant, multi-continent environments is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
