In 2022, we expanded our operations to North America by starting production at a facility in McMinnville, Oregon. Over the past year, we’ve made significant investments in new equipment to transform our operations into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Position Overview:
As a Production Lead, you'll oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. You'll manage staff, set goals, monitor performance, and implement policies to optimize production processes.
Schedules:
Shift 1: Sunday - every other Wednesday 5am to 5pm
Shift 2: Sunday - every other Wednesday 5pm to 5am
Shift 3: Every other Wednesday - Saturday 5am to 5pm
Shift 4: Every other Wednesday - Saturday 5pm to 5am
Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management:
o Oversee a team of dedicated production associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
o Interview, hire, and train new staff in the department.
• Quality Assurance and Food Safety:
o Implement and maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring that every product meets our high standards.
o Prioritize food safety by adhering to rigorous protocols and GMPs, including lot traceability and product inspection.
o Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE, such as slip-resistant shoes, hair nets, beard nets, lab coats, and gloves.
• Process Improvement:
o Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity, streamlining operations to maximize output.
o Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) that pertain to your area.
• Flexibility and Adaptability:
o Ability to step into any line position to cover unforeseen circumstances.
o May require cross-training on various line positions and job rotation.
o Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and overtime as needed.
