• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. 

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to define and execute recruitment strategies for blue-collar production workers. 

• Administer and interpret reasoning and personality tests to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles. 

• Coordinate closely with operations to understand their staffing needs and challenges. 

• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for various production positions. 

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements. 

• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential talent. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process. 

• Contribute to the development of a positive candidate experience that reflects our company's values. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in blue-collar production worker recruitment. 

• Proficiency in interpreting reasoning and personality tests. 

• Knowledge of Spanish is required. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
